By accessing or using any landing page, registration form, survey, or other digital asset operated by Brandversity LLC (also operating as Brandversity 360 and hola-STL.com) and hosted under hola-stl.com or any of its subdomains (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Landing pages hosted on the Platform may display content, branding, logos, event details, job listings, and other materials provided by third-party clients, partners, or event organizers (“Partners”). Brandversity LLC publishes this content in good faith but does not independently verify its accuracy, completeness, or legality. Brandversity LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding:

The accuracy or completeness of event descriptions, listings, or program information provided by Partners
The suitability of any event, program, or opportunity for your specific needs
The conduct, qualifications, reliability, or legal compliance of any Partner

Any disputes arising from your interaction with a Partner following your submission through the Platform are solely between you and that Partner. Brandversity LLC is not a party to such disputes and assumes no liability in connection with them.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform created by Brandversity LLC, including text, graphics, page layouts, and overall design, is the property of Brandversity LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any such content without prior written permission.

Logos, trademarks, and brand assets displayed on co-branded or partner-specific pages remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their display on the Platform does not constitute a license or transfer of any intellectual property rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information in any form

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brandversity LLC, its officers, employees, agents, Partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information provided by Partners
Cancellation, postponement, or modification of any event or program for which you registered
Technical failures, interruptions, or unavailability of the Platform
Unauthorized access to your submission data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In no event shall the total liability of Brandversity LLC to you exceed the greater of fifty dollars ($50.00) or the amount you paid, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Brandversity LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Brandversity LLC in writing at the address provided in Section 12 and allow thirty (30) days for an informal resolution.
